
School is *ALMOST* out for the year! Today is the final day for Kindergarten - 6th grade, and they will be released at their regular time. Tomorrow, May 22nd, is the last day for our 7th - 12th graders. These students will be released from school at 1:30pm on Wednesday. So close to summer!


Graduation was really something special! It is bittersweet to say farewell to the class of 2024. We are so excited to see all the amazing things this group of students will achieve as they move forward, but we will miss their presence throughout the halls of CHS. Congratulations to our Keys to Success Scholarship winners: Gerber Insurance awarded 2 students scholarships to Ellie Cochenour and Avery Cox. The Chillicothe Education Foundation gave scholarships to Kendra Allen and Kaimon Allen. Jon Lods scholarships was decided by the seniors and the winner is Addison Smith. Also, all senior Ambassadors were given a scholarship from the Dare Officers. We'd like to thank all of the community members that support Chillicothe High School and Keys 2 Success. Important Graduation Announcement: Graduation has been moved to Saturday, May 18th, at 7:30PM. Commencement will still be held at the football stadium.

Good evening, tomorrow will be American Gov. and History tests for grades 9-12. If you are currently taking one of those courses, please plan to be at school on time. All other students grades 9-12 will operate on a two hour delay schedule.
If you ride a bus, you can come at normal time. 10am we will open doors.

If you need to ride the bus, please plan to come at normal time. Otherwise the building will not open until 10 AM. Thank you and have a good evening!

Good evening! This is a reminder that tomorrow, Monday, April 29 and Tuesday, April 30. We will have testing for all students in grades 9 through 12 who are enrolled in Geometry and Algebra I . All other students in 9th-12th grade will operate on a two hour delay schedule.

Our new Varsity Girls Basketball Head Coach - DeSean Benson - will be in Hatton Gym on April 29th, after school, to meet prospective players and their parents!


The previous message only applied to students in Grades 9-12 all 7th/8th grade students will report on time.

Good evening, as a reminder, tomorrow, Thursday, April 25th we will have Biology testing for those who are enrolled in Biology. If you are not Biology; you will have a 2 hour delay and be to school by 10am.
